Return & Refund

1. Kindly contact us via Whatsapp (+60 10-257 3030) or Instagram (amexnocap_) within 7 days after parcel delivered.

2. Amexnocap provides returns all cloths (excluding sales item), it must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All items are not to be soaked. If items have been washed and color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.

3. Undergarments such as underwear or socks and accessories are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.

4. Sales item and defect sales items cannot be returned.

5. Return packages must be shipped back within 3 working days of the return request being approved, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Your return will be processed within 7 - 14 working days. Others, delivery fees won't be refunded.
